To minimize shipping costs on all Mellow Dogz and Mellow People products, we charge a reduced and flat fee of $2.50 per individual product package shipped to you. Mellow Dogz and Mellow People Merch ships for a reduced and flat fee of $3.50 per individual product package shipped to you.

If after a minimum of two weeks of using a Mellow Dogz or Mellow People product as directed you determine that it hasn’t been beneficial, just repackage your product in it's original box and return it to us for a 100% Worry-Free Money Back Guarantee or credit towards other merchandise.

During the checkout process, we provide our customers a clear description that we are selling supplements that contain CBD (cannabidiol), additional cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and omegas derived from hemp oil.

All Mellow Dogz and Mellow People supplements and products carry a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee, unless otherwise mentioned in a specific promotion. If you are not satisfied with any of our supplements or products, simply return the unopened, unused product for a full refund less any shipping charges.

Return of Damaged Products

  1. Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt.

  2. Returns must be unused and unopened.

  3. Mellow Dogz or Mellow People will pay for return shipping costs.

  4. All refunds and returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please contact us for an RMA.

  5. Refunds will not be issued until the supplement or product has been confirmed as received at our warehouse.

  6. Disposition of unopened, refunded products will be decided at the time of the RMA.

Returns of Un-Damaged Products

Damage During Shipping

We take our customer’s satisfaction to heart. All Mellow Dogz and Mellow People supplements and products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

When your shipment arrives, please inspect it carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within 72 hours of receiving your product.
